Woodlands
The forest is our natural home and also the mythic world of magic and lore. Trees are emblematic of wisdom, patience and longevity. They are aspirational totems by way of the mystery of the acorn, the majesty of the oak, the resilience of the willow, the fragrance of the pine, the spontaneity of the flowering dogwood, and of the materiality and presence of all trees.
This on-going series is both gratitude practice and a work in progress.
